**🌳 Mulch the Right Way! 🌳**
Mulching protects and nourishes trees, but improper techniques can cause harm. Avoid "mulch volcanoes" 🌋 that suffocate roots and promote rot!
❌ **Don’t:**
- Pile mulch against the trunk.
- Use too much mulch—it reduces oxygen.
- Invite disease and pests with poor practices.
✅ **Do:**
- Keep mulch **1–3 inches** from the trunk.
- Spread it **out to the drip line**.
